Sussex sausage
Where Loaded loaves began…sausage meat wrapped in bread. But the Sussex Sausage has much older roots. In Medieval time a dish was known as the Sussex Sausage but we do not know what the actual sausage inside was made of. Inside the Loaded Loaves Sussex Sausage is beer and mustard sausage meat created by local butcher Meat in the Square, Angmering using beer from the Hammerpot brewery just up the road.
