Smoked ham wrapped round a chunk of red leicester cheese and topped with more grated cheese. This is a small roll with half the quantity of dough to the larger rolls

red leicester cheese (milk)
smoked ham (pork (84%), water, salt, acidity regulators (sodium lactate, sodium acetates), dextrose, stabilisers (polyphosphates, triphosphates), antioxidant (sodium ascorbate), preservative (sodium nitrite)
